2. Data we collect

We may collect:

• Form submissions (company, name, email, message, etc.)
• Access logs (hashed IP, user-agent, pages viewed)
• Cookies and localStorage (e.g. analytics consent)

3. Contact and estimate forms

Submissions are stored in PostgreSQL and may trigger operational email via Gmail SMTP (Google Workspace).

4. Partner application

The partner registration form collects contact and business profile data, consent timestamps, hashed IP, user-agent, and source path.

Do not submit prospect or customer personal data in this form. See Partner Terms — referral privacy.

• Purposes: review, communication, registration management, fraud prevention, legal compliance
• Review: AI assists only; **BizDXAI staff make the final decision**
• Retention (interim): pending 24 months after last action, registered 36 months after partnership ends, rejected 24 months from rejection

5. Google Analytics 4

Loaded only after consent. We do not send PII to analytics. Consent is stored in localStorage (bizdxai_analytics_consent).

• Respond to inquiries
• Review and manage partner applications
• Deliver agreed services
• Improve and secure the site
• Analytics when consented

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors are used under appropriate agreements.

• PostgreSQL on VPS — data storage
• Hosting providers — application delivery
• AI vendors (as selected) — review assistance only; humans decide outcomes

9. Retention

Inquiry data is retained per internal policy then deleted or anonymized.

Partner application retention: see section 4 above (interim periods subject to legal review).
