1. Purpose

These interim terms govern applications and collaboration under the BizDX AI Partner Program (management improvement network), operated by Sekimosoft LLC (“we”, “BizDXAI”).

This is not a referral-fee-first program; it focuses on joint customer value delivery.

These terms are separate from the general site terms.

2. Application and review

Apply via the partner registration form. Information must be accurate and current.

BizDXAI makes the final decision on approval, hold, or rejection. AI tools assist review only and do not auto-determine outcomes.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee subsidy approval, financing, revenue, profits, DX outcomes, or contract closure.

Reward types described on the site are draft program descriptions; rates and caps are set in separate agreements after legal/tax review.

4. Anti-social forces

You represent that you and your principals are not, and are not involved with, anti-social forces.

We may reject, suspend, or terminate registration if this is breached.

5. Applicant personal data

Processing of application data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI and subprocessors

We may use AI vendors, hosting, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and email (Gmail SMTP) as processors. See Privacy Policy — processors.

7. Prospect / customer PII

Do not submit prospect or customer personal data in the application form.

After approval, follow the referral process and obtain prior consent from the customer before registering their data.

8. Rewards and attribution (summary)

Rewards depend on collection and written policies. Attribution disputes are decided by BizDXAI subject to program rules.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, or handling customer data without consent.
