1. Scope (CONTRACT_SCOPE)
These Terms apply to BizNavi Mobile apps offered in the Human-confirmed sales countries. Where mandatory local consumer law conflicts, the Country Schedule and mandatory law prevail.
2. Service
Productivity apps that primarily store records on-device. Premium unlocks Free-tier limits via auto-renewing Store subscriptions (trial: none).
3. Price and Store billing (PRICE_AND_STORE_BILLING)
Purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple/Google (Store). Price is the Store-localized price shown before purchase.
4. Auto-renewal (AUTO_RENEWAL)
Subscriptions auto-renew / automatically renew until cancelled in Store subscription management.
5. No trial (NO_TRIAL_WHERE_APPLICABLE)
There is no trial. Trial = none.
6. Cancellation (CANCELLATION)
Cancel the subscription via Google Play or App Store subscription settings (in-app manage opens Store UI).
7. Business-use responsibility (BUSINESS_USE_RESPONSIBILITY)
You remain responsible for lawful use of the app and for the accuracy of data you enter.
8. Data responsibility (DATA_RESPONSIBILITY)
Records are primarily on-device. You are responsible for content you store and for backups.
9. Warranty limitation (WARRANTY_LIMITATION)
The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted. No broader warranty than mandatory law requires.
10. Liability limitation (LIABILITY_LIMITATION)
Liability caps yield to mandatory consumer rights in the Schedule. No stronger blanket waiver than other formal locales.
11. Third-party services (THIRD_PARTY_SERVICES)
Apple, Google, and other Store services remain under their own terms; billing and refunds follow Store policies.
12. Mandatory statutory rights (MANDATORY_STATUTORY_RIGHTS)
Mandatory consumer rights survive. See the Country Schedule for country overlays.
