1. Covered services

This policy applies to BizNavi Mobile apps provided by Sekimosoft合同会社 (BizNavi Report Local Pro, BizNavi Inspection Local Pro, BizNavi Estimate Local Pro, BizNavi Inventory Local Pro, BizNavi Invoice, BizNavi Minutes Local Pro, BizNavi Timesheet Local Pro, BizNavi Work Order Local Pro, BizNavi Receipt, BizNavi アルコールチェック記録簿).

It is separate from the BizDX AI website privacy policy and BizNavi Talk documents.

2. Common principles

No end-user account feature.

No BizNavi-operated cloud sync.

No analytics.

No crash reporting.

No advertising.

Data is primarily stored on device.

Billing is via Google Play / App Store only.

Offline-centered use is intended; this does not assert zero network use in all cases.

3. Information collected and stored

See the app-specific differences below for data that may be stored on device.

Do not submit passwords, purchase tokens, API tokens, private keys, customer personal data, signature images, or original business PDFs via support. This web form does not accept attachments.

4. External transmission and planned Production connections

In principle, data is not sent to external servers.

During purchase verification only, the minimum purchase-related information required may be transmitted.

This does not assert that zero external transmission occurs in all cases.

Purchase verification, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase App Check are planned Production connections. Do not confuse them with current app runtime behavior.

Firebase Authentication is not an end-user business account feature. App Check is not advertising, analytics, or tracking.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed via Google Play / App Store.

Minimum purchase-related information may be handled for purchase verification.

The price displayed by the store takes precedence.

6. OS standard backups

Data may be included in the OS standard backup features. This is not BizNavi-operated cloud sync.

7. Information from support inquiries

When you use the BizNavi Mobile contact form, we process the following for support: Reply email, Inquiry content, Target app, OS, Optional app version, Optional device information.

Contact us via the form only; this page does not publish a raw email address.

8. Retention

Support inquiries are kept until resolved, then retained for two years by default.

After that period, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Automatic deletion is not enabled in the initial release.

If retention is extended for legal or similar reasons, an internal record is kept.

Retention of on-device business data depends on user actions, uninstall, and device state.

9. Deletion and anonymization

Information that can be deleted in-app may be removed through in-app actions.

On-device data may be removed when the app is uninstalled.

We do not make definitive guarantees about restore from OS backups.

    • Photos that you select or capture may be used to create reports.
    • Photos are handled primarily on device.
    • Camera and photo library access may be used to attach photos to reports (microphone, contacts, location, and push notifications are not requested in the current app).
    • Photos are not automatically published to third parties.

    PDF generation

    • The app can generate a PDF from your inputs and photos.
    • Generated PDFs may include information you entered.
    • Where and how a generated PDF is stored afterward depends on device features and your actions.
    • Generated PDFs are not designed to be automatically uploaded to a BizNavi-operated cloud.

    Sharing

    • You may use OS share features through your explicit action.
    • After you hand content to another app or service, that destination’s policies apply.
    • BizNavi does not share content automatically on your behalf.

    Ads and tracking

    • No ads.
    • No advertising tracking.
    • No analytics.
    • No crash reporting.

    Planned Production connections

    • The following are planned Production connections and must not be confused with current app runtime behavior.
    • Purchase verification: for Local Pro purchase, restore, and trial checks, the minimum purchase-related information may be sent to a verification path (report text, photos, and PDF contents are not included). Today this remains fail-closed until connected.
    • Firebase Authentication: planned as a technical control for purchase-call protection in Production. It is not an end-user business account feature.
    • Firebase App Check: a technical anti-abuse control, not advertising, analytics, or tracking.
    • This does not assert that zero external transmission occurs in all cases.

    • There is no automatic transmission; sharing occurs only through your explicit action.
    • Customer names, work descriptions, notes, and purchase tokens are not recorded in diagnostic logs by policy.
    • A numeric retention period is not asserted on this page until confirmed against the Mobile Repository app SoT.

Receipt body content, merchant/payee, category, memo, and images are not included in purchase-verification data. There is no customer-facing BizNavi account.

    Receipt images

    • Only images the user explicitly captures or selects from the photo library are attached to a receipt.
    • Images are handled in a device-centric way. Except for user-initiated export/share, they are not designed to automatically upload to BizNavi-operated cloud storage.
    • Standalone bulk image import is not provided.

    Import and export

    • CSV import, CSV + image ZIP import, CSV export, CSV + image ZIP export, and PDF summary export are explicit user actions.
    • Where exported files are saved or shared depends on the OS and the destination the user chooses.

    On-device diagnostic logs

    • Diagnostic logs are stored on the device. They are not transmitted automatically.
    • Sharing is an explicit user action. purchaseToken and secrets are excluded from diagnostic logs.

    概要

    • 本アプリは、事業所のアルコールチェック記録の作成・保存を支援します。法令の完全遵守を保証するものではありません。

    端末内保存

    • 業務記録は端末内の SQLite に保存します。証拠写真はカメラで撮影し、アプリ専用領域に保存します。写真ライブラリからの選択は行いません。

    外部送信

    • 業務記録や証拠写真の自動クラウド送信は行いません。利用者がバックアップ、監査ZIP、CSV/PDF、共有を操作したときに限り、端末から書き出されます。月額プランの購入確認のため、Google Play の購入確認に必要な範囲の購入データを検証します。その通信のため、Firebase 匿名認証を内部の輸送用識別として使う場合があります。これはアプリ内の利用者アカウント登録・ログイン画面ではありません。

    App Check

    • 本アプリの現行 MVP では Firebase App Check を使用しません。共通プライバシー文に App Check の記載がある場合でも、アルコールチェック記録簿の現行実装には適用されません。
    • BizNavi アルコールチェック記録簿の現行 MVP では App Check を使用しません。

    証拠写真

    • 証拠写真は任意です。1件の元記録（訂正・取消を含む一連）につき最大2枚です。顔が写ることがありますが、顔認識は行いません。位置情報は撮影時（フォアグラウンド）のみ、許可された場合に記録します。バックグラウンドでは位置を取得しません。

    保存・削除

    • 業務記録はアプリが期限到来で自動削除しません。保存の目安クラスは1年以上です。実際の保存期間は、事業者が法令および社内規程に従って判断してください。
    • 証拠写真も自動削除しません。撮影日から90日を経過するまで、アプリからの手動削除はできません。90日経過後の削除は利用者の操作です。法令上または社内で保存が必要な場合は削除しないでください。

    書き出し / 共有

    • 監査ZIPに証拠写真を含めるかは、書き出し時に利用者が選択します。Windows 連携用 Exchange ZIP には、現行の書き出し手順では証拠写真を含めません。

    広告 / Analytics / 顔認識

    • 広告SDKおよび Analytics SDK は使用していません。顔認識は行いません。
